Leads the accounting team and is responsible for clients' final reports and VAT returns.
Yahor is a chief accountant with more than five years of experience. He builds accounting for small and medium-sized businesses in the UAE as well as for international companies.
Yahor leads the team of accountants and prepares clients' final reports. He oversees the preparation and filing of VAT returns with the FTA and reviews P&L statements, balance sheets, trial balances and MOHRE reporting. He designs the accounting set-up in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, 1C and First Bit, from configuration to full bookkeeping.
A separate area of his work is accounting for cryptocurrencies and digital assets under UAE requirements.
Before CoreLedger, Yahor worked in Ontario, Canada, keeping books under ASPE (Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises). That experience helps him work confidently under IFRS, the standards UAE companies report under.
