Who it's for

Built for small businesses in the UAE

A handful of transactions a month, no in-house accountant — but VAT and Corporate Tax to deal with.

Small companies

Mainland or Free Zone, a dozen or two documents a month. A full-time bookkeeper is still overkill.

Founders without an accountant

Receipts pile up in WhatsApp and email. You need them to become books, not a shoebox by year-end.

A deadline ahead

A VAT or Corporate Tax deadline is coming and the books are not in order. They need to be ready for filing.

Before and after

Bookkeeping stops being a scramble

The usual way

  • Documents scattered across chats, email and a drawer
  • An accountant untangles it once a quarter, after the fact
  • Deadlines appear out of nowhere, and so do penalties
  • No clear picture of cash or profit

With CoreLedger Go

  • Upload a document — it is filed and findable
  • The entry is built at once; an accountant checks every month
  • The calendar works out your periods and reminds you early
  • Income, expenses and the next filing — on one screen
What you get

Order that holds by itself

Documents in one place

Every file in the company archive. Uploaded means findable.

Real double-entry

Not an expense spreadsheet — a chart of accounts and a proper journal.

Deadlines under control

The tax calendar works out your VAT and Corporate Tax periods.

A real accountant

Once a month a CoreLedger accountant reviews and signs off the books.

Questions instead of guesses

When the AI is unsure it asks you, rather than inventing an entry.

The data stays yours

Export any time. Personal data is stored encrypted.

How it works

From document to filing — three steps

Upload a document

An invoice, receipt or bank statement. Photos from your phone work too.

The books build themselves

Date, amount, counterparty and category are worked out automatically. If something's missing, the system asks.

An accountant checks and files

Once a month a real accountant confirms the entries. VAT and Corporate Tax returns are filed on time.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I still need an accountant?

No. A CoreLedger accountant is part of the subscription — reviews the books monthly and prepares your returns.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

The AI only fills the entry and picks a category from a list. Unsure — it asks you. Only a person marks it posted.

What is included?

Up to 30 invoices a month, document storage, entries, the tax calendar and a monthly accountant review.

What isn't included?

Fixed assets, payroll, inventory, audit, group consolidation. A neglected backlog is a one-time project.

Who files the returns?

A CoreLedger accountant, from your posted transactions — VAT and Corporate Tax.

What does filing cost?

Over the subscription, per use: a VAT or CT return — AED 500 each. Registration: CT — AED 500, VAT — AED 1,000. More.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Stored encrypted, used only for your bookkeeping. We are a licensed UAE finance company.

Does it work for Free Zone?

Yes, Mainland and Free Zone. The calendar accounts for your registration and VAT/CT status.
